Apples and Yogurt

'Tis the season for apples, so with that in mind, what goes better with apples than cinnamon?
We made a delicious and health snack today.

For each serving we used 1/2 of an organic gala apple, cinnamon, honey, and plain yogurt.
For each serving we cut up 1/2 apple into small pieces. Sprinkled it all with lots of cinnamon. Squeezed honey on top of that and then put about 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt on top of that. (We used Stonyfield’s) We then stirred it all together. It was yummy! This is part of our efforts to use more raw foods in our diet. Give it a try!
